Please ensure that ALL volunteers have completed the background check (please provide the link to family/friends who will be volunteering in the classrooms or on field trips). When you come to sign in for the first time with the new system, please have a valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, consulate ID, etc) for us to scan. You may find more information here.

NEW PTO Board Positions will be voted on in December. This is your chance to join our PTO Board! Please look for a table in the school's entrance in the next few weeks announcing available volunteer positions and to learn more about being a part of our active board that helps raise funds to support our teachers and students.

Support Art Teacher, Ms Vang's, Amazon Wishlist. We are so lucky to have a great art teacher at RCP this year, but unfortunately we have few supplies for the students. If you are able to help, please follow the link to her Amazon Wishlist. https://amzn.to/2MZn69G

Host an International Student in your Home! Want to introduce your family to new cultures and languages while providing a home for an international student? Host families are needed for teens and university students from Japan this February and March. The students are coming for 2-4 weeks to share culture, practice English and join American households. They will attend language and cultural classes at Portland State University on weekdays and look forward to immersing themselves in your daily life on evenings and weekends! Hosting an international student is a wonderful way to connect your children to the broader world through friendship and help them cultivate a global perspective. ANDEO Homestays is a local non-profit cultural exchange organization that has specialized in educational homestay programs for almost 40 years. For more information, visit our website andeo.org, call (503)-274-1776 or email chloe@andeo.info.org
