PTO Organizational Structure
What does it take to become a member of the board or a committee?
Simply put, it needs your time and interest. Board members need to be approved by a vote of membership, as permitted by our bylaws. Committee members are appointed, from those of you who have expressed interest in spending some time making our school the best it can be.

PTO Bylaws
The RCP PTO bylaws are the internal manual for how we operate. They address basic activities, such as: when and how board meetings will be held and conducted, how board directors and officers will be appointed or elected, voting procedures, how committees are created and discontinued, etc..
This is intended to be a living document, that reflects the organizational priorities of the PTO membership.
